Welcome! I’m passionate about helping aspiring medical professionals excel in their USMLE journey. Having been through the intense and often isolating process of studying myself, I understand how challenging it can be. The weight of this exam, with its vast volume of information, can feel overwhelming and intimidating—but it doesn’t have to be.
My goal is to make this process more manageable by breaking down complex concepts into simpler, digestible steps. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental learning environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions and tackling their unique challenges.

Testimonials
It is my absolute pleasure to share my positive experiences in working with Dr. Gill. Through her help, I achieved my goals in USMLE preparations, but in a wider sense she made me a stronger and more effective medical student. Her tutoring services ultimately helped me to achieve my professional goals in medicine as I have now completed residency training and going into private practice. She was always professional and pushed me to reach my potential. During group review sessions, she always called each of us by first name and pushed us to convert our weaker subject areas into strengths through deeper explanation of concepts and subsequent repetitions. She is highly intelligent and understands the detailed nuances that are inherent in the study and practice of medicine. I am very appreciative of Dr. Gill’s kind, diligent and hard working nature.

I started Dr. Gill’s drill and tutoring sessions when studying for USMLE 1. After passing USMLE 1 and completing rotations, she helped me in my preparation for USMLE 2 CK. She has a phenomenal way of solidifying information in my brain, enhancing my recall, and alleviating me from test performance anxiety. All of these I struggled with, but with Dr. Gill I was able to pass both exams on my first attempt with scores I’m proud of.

Working with Misbah was really the turning point for me in studying for step 1. She is truly so knowledgeable about the exam and does an incredible job moving through high yield topics while making sure I cemented them as we went. It never feels like studying with Misbah, if anything I look forward to our sessions because she keeps things fun and makes the environment a safe space for everyone! There were so many times on step 1 where I was getting questions right because of these sessions. I used both her 1-on-1 and group sessions. I felt like with both I got a personalized experience and that even with the scariest topics, I left feeling more prepared because she makes things feel approachable. I credit her for my ability to pass step 1 as well as get distinction during my clinical rotations.

I'm beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Misbah! Her unwavering dedication, patience, and enthusiasm made even the most challenging concepts accessible. What truly set her apart, were the Drill sessions that cemented knowledge in my mind like superglue! Her constant availability and support instilled confidence in me, allowing me to grow both academically and personally. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Misbah for my USMLE Step 1 prep, and I can confidently say that her guidance was instrumental in my success. Her expertise and strategic approach helped me navigate the complexities of the exam, and I couldn't be more thankful! She is more than just a tutor she's a mentor, a guide, and a catalyst for success! If you're seeking a tutor who genuinely cares about your growth and success, especially for USMLE prep, look no further!

General Questions

My teaching style is highly interactive, engaging, and (hopefully!) fun. I focus on breaking down complex topics into simpler, clearer explanations—cutting out unnecessary details and keeping everything high yield. But what truly sets my approach apart is my heavy emphasis on repetition and active recall. You won’t just passively listen—you’ll actively participate and reinforce concepts until they stick. Plus, I personally work with students and keep class sizes manageable, so you’ll never feel lost in the crowd
All sessions are live! This allows for real-time interaction, engagement, and immediate
clarification of any questions.
Short answer: Very interactive! I encourage participation, even if you feel shy or unsure about
the material. The best way to learn is by engaging—so the more you do, the more you’ll retain! I
foster a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable asking
questions and solidifying your knowledge.
Yes! Recordings will be available 1-2 days after each session, and you’ll have lifetime
access to them.
Absolutely! If you need additional help at your own pace or want to cover topics not included in
the bootcamps, you can sign up for a consultation to discuss personalized tutoring options.
I take a visual, repetition-heavy, and active recall-based approach to teaching. My sessions
are interactive, nonjudgmental, and designed to be as engaging and fun as possible—because
learning should never feel like a chore!
If you’re unsure, think about which subjects you struggle with the most. Pathology, Microbiology,
Pharmacology, and Biochemistry are all heavy on memorization—so if you need help recalling
high-yield buzzwords and key concepts, these bootcamps are for you! If you need help with
deeper conceptual understanding (e.g., physiology or pathophysiology), 1:1 tutoring may be a
better fit.
Mainly Step 1, Step 2, CBSEs, and Shelf exams
Logistics & Enrollment
Do you offer refunds if I can’t complete the course?
Unfortunately, no refunds are available. However, you will have lifetime access to the recordings, so you can watch them at your own pace whenever needed.

Can I switch to a different bootcamp after enrolling?
Sorry, no. Due to different schedules and price points, switching between bootcamps isn’t possible after enrollment.

What happens if I miss a session?
No worries! You’ll have access to the recorded session, which you can watch at your own convenience.

Study & Exam-Related Questions

Will the bootcamps cover everything I need to know for the USMLE?
Not quite—studying for Step exams is multi-faceted. These bootcamps focus mainly on buzzwords and memorization, which are essential but not the whole picture. Foundational andconceptual knowledge (like physiology and pathophysiology) is also crucial, and those topics aren’t covered in-depth in the bootcamps. If you need help with those, 1:1 sessions may be a better fit.
Do you provide study materials or notes?
For some bootcamps, like Pharmacology and Biochemistry, I create lecture notes during the session that I will share afterward.
